eXAIndex provides AI visibility tracking and analytics services ("Service"). The Service allows users to:

  • Monitor brand visibility across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Analyze competitor positioning in AI-generated responses
  • Generate strategic reports and recommendations
  • Track semantic analysis and context mapping
  • Detect AI hallucinations and misinformation

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access the Service
  • Any activities or actions under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall eXAIndex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
